Yes, ChuckDMA is an official distributor for CaptainDMA products. As an authorized distributor, we provide direct access to genuine CaptainDMA products, ensuring fast shipping and reliable customer support.
DMA (Direct Memory Access) is a process where an FPGA (Field-Programmable Gate Array) device directly accesses the main computer’s memory bus, enabling efficient data transfer without CPU intervention.
Custom firmware is a specialized, 1:1 firmware tailored specifically for your board. It includes a unique Vendor ID, ensuring that your board stands out from others and works optimally with your hardware.
We aim for fast and reliable delivery. Shipping typically takes 3-7 days, depending on your location and the selected shipping method.
We accept credit/debit cards, PayPal, and cryptocurrency as payment options.
We follow a strict refund policy as per CaptainDMA’s rules. Refunds or exchanges are only available under specific conditions. Please refer to our Refund Policy for details.

To ensure smooth operation, your system should meet the following minimum requirements:

– 4-Core CPU (preferably with AVX2 support)

– USB 3.0 Ports
Yes, CaptainDMA products can work on laptops, but performance will depend on the USB ports, RAM speed, and processor. We recommend a high performance laptop that meets the minimum specs for optimal results.
The read/write speeds of the CaptainDMA card vary depending on the USB version:
– USB 3.0: Speeds range from 4000-6000
– USB 3.2: Speeds range from 6000-9000+
Additionally, the performance of your second PC, including RAM speed and processor capabilities, can affect overall speed.
Ordering & Shipping
Yes! We ship to most countries, but some regions may have shipping restrictions. Contact us if you’re unsure about shipping availability in your area.
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number on the carrier’s website to monitor your shipment. You can also open a ticket on the support Discord server or use our tracking page (coming soon).
While we typically do not offer bulk discounts, we may consider special arrangements for large orders. Feel free to reach out for inquiries!
If your package is delayed or lost:
1. Check your tracking number for updates.
2. Contact the shipping carrier to investigate the issue.
3. If the package is confirmed lost, reach out to us, and we’ll assist with a resolution.
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, contact us immediately to update your shipping details. Once an order is processed, we can’t modify the address.
