How to Return a Product

  1. For received or in-transit products:
    • Returns accepted within 7 days of product receipt, provided it’s unused, unmodified, with original firmware retained, and includes all accessories and documentation.

    • Buyer bears shipping and customs duty costs. PayPal payments incur a 4.4% deduction by the bank, cryptocurrency payments a 5% deduction by the trading platform.
    • Returned products may undergo inspection. Approved refunds or exchanges processed within 10 working days.
    • Video proof of returned item’s packaging required.
    • CaptainDMA hardware is for research use only; no software support provided.
  2. For unshipped products:
    • Buyer bears refund handling fee: 4.4% for PayPal, 5% for cryptocurrency.

Unjustified Reasons for Return of Goods

Malicious damage to the product (e.g., firmware modification).
Buyer’s computer incompatibility with the device.
Hardware damage due to failure to follow instructions.
Intentional refusal of goods upon delivery.
Exceeding the return period.

Conditions for Returns

The product must be unused and in its original condition, without any signs of damage or modification.
All original packaging, user manuals, warranty cards, accessories, and any included items (such as cables or adapters) must be returned.
If a product is returned in an inadequate condition, we reserve the right to send it back to you.
